@Burdar  I know you probably do not need this coupler stop pin measurement anymore, but since I came across it I thought I would add it to this thread in case anyone else needs it.

Good thread, more than one way to skin a cat....  My method for getting the cover to stay on the coupler is nothing like the posted methods, I get the tabs all bent before installing the cover &  if you do it just right it will snap on & it's very hard to get it back off.....
