That makes total sense to me. It is definitely staying a /6! Honestly, it's so much fun just cruising around, and I don't need to do burnouts in everything I own right?!

Here is another fun part of the history of my Barracuda. My brother bought it from a guy down the street named Doug. Doug's brother Steve and I were friends. Steve also has a /6 Barracuda in b5 blue and has kept it since High School. He has also kept the /6 in his. I'm going to see if he will join the group and post his fender tag and pictures.

Be interesting to see if the VIN or VON numbers are close being similar cars from similar area of Utah
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

YESSSS!!!!!  Get him to join!  I LOVE THE 6's!  Here's my first e body in 1980. Slant 6 auto on the column with zero frills, but how I loved that car!

My BP was an LA build with an SBD of 909.

interesting to see the serial #s on LA builds for me, certainly not close to the same output that Hamtramck was putting out. (eg: this one is about the 4th week of production, but only seq#105037 ... mine in the 1st few days is 100322. compare the spread in #s to the other plant within the same time frame and it's a huge difference)
Growing older is mandatory...growing up is optional.
