What's a full size spare 14" OEM tire/wheel worth?

yes, it's a 4th week 1979 radial tire
there will be a date stamp for the wheel by the valve stem 

On one side of valve stem is a 10.
Other side a 7

Then a space and 55 it looks like.

Probably October 7 and a 5.5" rim
Look for the year, which in this pic is a 0, for 1970.

As stated look for the year ( number ) under the K2.
Shown here on an actual space saver rim it will be in these two places, to far left of valve stem, in this case K2 over 0

Yeah  that's what I suspected earlier as well.

So the rim is good of course.
But is there a correct spare tire available for it?

What did they look like on a 5.5" rim?
