 Having recently mailed parts to Canada,  the smallest box is $23.40 in shipping.
Maybe you should make your ad looking for a 39 tooth in Canada.
Otherwise Brewer's has used and new.

I always ship to a US address so that's not a problem.

Mancini has a decent price but Layson's is a little less still.

Dang I was going to look today and forgot. I know I have a 41 but not sure on a 38 or 39. I'll look Friday if you don't find one by then.
