i tried to figure that out last time I bought from a member, but couldn't find it? i know it's there, i'm just not seeing it

See the (0) beside "trade count" by your name ?
Click on the (0), then on the left-hand side it says "submit feedback" ...click on that. In this case you would click on Mike's (0)
