I repurposed this bad boy that some Japanese contractors were discarding due to a bad gearbox on the lift mechanism. One trip to Harbor Freight and $22 later, I retro fitted a boat winch onto it and now have a roll around fork lift with 24" forks and a 1 ton rating that's perfect for e body door work.

Totally lucked into it and don't know how I ever lived without it. One of the best tools in the shop...for $22.00
