Just looking to confirm what I got decoding the fender tag on a 70 challenger in rough shape I came across.
Here's the fender tag;

V02 V6W Y07 EN2
G33 M21 N41 N42 N85 R11
EW1 A01 A04 A62 C16 C55
E87 M6XW 000 908 C03782
E63 D32 JS23 N08 118156

There's a few weird ones in there that I couldn't find; any decoding translation would be greatly appreciated!

Well we knew that... Which is why we also know you've got a few numbers wrong... Pretty stunning car when done...

Not E87  EB7 Jamaican Blue
V02  Painted Roof White
V6W White Longitudinal Stripe...

In the bottom line N08  is actually N0B

I'm eating dinner so I can do more later but honestly @6bblgt  should look this one over... Cool car!

Thanks; I was reading the letters and numbers off of a photo that is slightly blurry.

I think thats a white vinyl seat with black console, door panels & carpet..  But I'm wondering if it should read H6XW...  I think the only E bodies that didn't get high (H) level interiors were the A93 cars...

That's what I was thinking, never heard of M6XW in an E Body

Yeah, I should have thought about it, just went with the code provided but there were enough problems I should have caught it... Oh Well, Guess I'm Fired!!!

Cool Challenger! Are you buying it? Can you post a couple pictures?
Keep yer foot in it

Going to look at it for sure; it's fully disassembled and in rough shape.

It's missing it's engine, however I have a 1970 383 in my 73 challenger.
Anyone willing to volunteer a value on this car with 90% of its parts in rough shape, but already has the needed AMD replacement panels with it?
Hard to know as it would be (another) big big project, but could be a great car.

Depending on condition, I'd say between $5k and $8k. Any more than that and you can find better RT projects out there, some with their original engine.

RUNCHARGER

Those needed AMD panels could easily be worth $10k Cdn or more. So you'll have to really see what's there and do some math. Remember the exchange rate is about 1.35 right now so those $600 quarter panels become $810.
