Like I said he has to factor in time switching them back to original. Go with your gut and start lower then go up to 40. I'm waiting to hear the new on how this goes

Just don't start so low you get kicked out of the deal.

I have not met with him yet.   
Were still figuring out when both of us have a day off where we can both meet up.    We are both working professionals and that makes it difficult.
