Considering getting 2 Street/Strip Drag Radials. 15 x 8 rim.

Wanted to hear experiences how well they hook'd up and lasted on streets.
M & H Street masters are just spinning on take off.

My take off's suck with them and rear end is fish tailing bad.
Not even going full stomp throttle.

I`ve raced with regular BFG`s and drag radial BFG`s. My Barracuda is only a low 13 second car but with a 4 spd and street suspension it is tough to hook, the drag radials are noticeably stickier, picked me up a few tenths but mainly made it more consistent. I never swapped them and just ran them on the street, lasted about 5000 miles but that is a fair amount of burnouts/track time.

Be careful if you plan on driving on the street with these. I had them on my 51 Dodge pick up and got caught in a rain storm going to a show and almost lost it . It was like driving on ice.

On my last drag car, I swapped the MT 28x10 Drag ETs for BFG G-Force 295/65 drag radials and had slightly better 60 foot times.  Never drove them on the street and sold it the next year so I can't compare total passes and wear.

One thing to remember, is that they are a lot harder on drivetrain components. With that said, I know where there is a pair just waiting for you... :veryexcited:

They definately work , I prefer the Nitto 555 tires .

@floorit426 has set me up to trial out a set of 255/60/15's on my car.

OMG I can't wait.   :burnout:

Are you looking for red light to red light traction or burnout/prepped track traction input?

Yup, huge difference right there. My Cuda will blow my Hoosier 31 X 16.50 X 15 Quik Time Pro ET's off on the street. They hook HARD on a prepped track.

More of Red Light to Red Light.

Most of all, less ass end sliding around.

FAST class I guess you could say.

I tried them out last week-end and it definitely helped most noticably better in 2nd and 3rd gear.
