:haha: he has had his fair share of root beer, but he was actually relaxing in a chair for the first time in a week. He's put in several 16 hour days working out all the little gremlins (and a couple not so little gremlins).

Last night the Pixie ran the best she has ever run and today we have a very short list of things to do. Tonight...dinner with @RV2 and a chance to see his Roadrunner!

I found it usually take between 500-1000 miles to get one fully sorted out. Sometimes it's a matter of small things overlooked or due to things being painted. The main one usually comes down to defective parts. Just because you replaced it with new doesn't matter. After a couple hundred miles i usually try and go over every nut and bolt. It's funny that when I being very careful building one I still manage to find something I didn't tighten during my inspection.  :unbelievable:

We are driving the Pixie to Carlisle. We have put over 200 miles on her this week with nothing but minor issues. I figure we have a box of spare parts and Chryco with us...we should be good!  :haha:
