Just a small update. Hit the bottom with epoxy primer today, going to give it a day to set up nice then hitting it with Green Go on Monday also earlier this week, found another spot that needed patched... still hoping to get the engine bay and trunk painted before the weather changes over. If able to then I'd consider this season to be a success!

Way to go buddy! I just read your whole thread-  it's been a long road but you have accomplished a lot and doing solid work. Way to go!  You are seriously getting to the end. There cant be much more to uncover. You have stripped it all by now.  Confidence that the rest is down hill. Hope you enjoy a nice cold beer sitting in the garage admiring the car in it's current state.  It's not done but it truely is the journey that's the best part.  Take an hour and just kick back with a couple cold ones and remember where you started. Won't be long and it'll be done and you'll quickly Forget about these times here being pissed off and tired and all dirty. Oddly enough, youll get a bit bored. Where you are at it actually so many peoples dream place ro be, even if they don't know it or realize it. So much pride in doing it yourself.  I've pulled off a lot of huge projects in the garage by myself and looking back, when im old and can't do it anymore....im really gonna appreciate those adventures. I hope you do too.  Great job man!

Decided after our poll and discussion go to with the painted underbody instead of undercoating.

Looks good.

But that's none of my business...

Thank you... I also like to think this is everyone's business especially since without all the member's help I'd be pretty much lost.  :grouphug:

Lol I was running on the Kermit memes that are out there.
From your statement it is not easy being green.

Wonder what this came from back in the day. Hell of a place to have that size of a dent 😂

Driveshaft? It's an easy fix anyway it happened, now that you've got it laid bare and all. Roll on, you're doing a hell of a job!

Definitely gave me a good chuckle when I stumbled upon it and just thought it was blobs of random seam sealer. Hopefully the driver at the time had fresh underwear to change into when it happened  :haha:
