Maybe he will post the pictures of the convertible he brought back to life. I was totally amazed with what he started with and the end result.  :woohoo:

RUNCHARGER

I got this one running today. It's a complicated little sonofagun, twin turbo AWD. I bought it with a broken engine but a rebuilt one came with it. Would have been an easy job on an old Mopar but there is about 50lbs of stuff jammed into a 10lb bag with these cars. Idea is to sell it and put the money into another 70 Challenger to keep. Tomorrow install new leather on the seats and then deal with some paint issues.

Thanks @J-Code Jeni

my concept so far is this rendering A4 exterior but with the blue Interior. Since this is a clone and will sport an old school 426 I plan to put a sixpack on it to run the open air with the AAR hood in body color,

But the color is leaning now to FJ6 with black billboards, black top, black interior. For the Wow factor.

Well Aaron Beck Did me up another rendering.  :headbang:

I love Aaron's work, but tell him with billboards the rear marker lights should be black and with FJ6 the grill should be green as well.
If you put dog dish wheels on it, I'll puke :barf:

I had a 91 RT (non turbo) which I gave to my son and later to a neighbor. Fun car but I understand what you mean by everything jammed in a small space. I had to replace the water pump and cam belt which was an adventure. I realized after some time that these cars takes a different mentality than old muscle cars; the tuner guys are all over it. Would love to have a twin turbo AWD variant but already have far too many other projects.

Wow, after reading all these posts and seeing the cars, I blush to tell you that my boys and I are working on their '84 Horizon that started out as a $400 2.2 auto, carburated, 4 bolt wheel, Boite de merde and is now a 2.5 fuel injected, turbo'd and intercooled, 5 speed  with 5 bolt wheels and we're installing the GLH gear to make it a GLH clone. I think I've finally got the last patch welded in and we're into the body work with an eye to get it in epoxy primer in the next few days. This car is so light, you can't believe it. We must be nuts!  :looney:
