Make sure they got you the right parts. The convertible door glass and coupe door glass are close, but different NAGS part numbers. . For example, the RH door glass for a convertible is DD4428. Coupe RH door glass is DD4422. Anywhere a bolt passes through the glass, ther should be a plastic washer/bushing to prevent the bolt from contacting the glass.
