Dumb front bumper question.

Are the mounting points the same on a 1970 front bumper vs say a '73? I'm aware of the different hole location for bracket to frame mount so it sticks out further, but wondering of bracket to bumper mounting.

This is for a Challenger, seems everywhere is pretty much sold out of bumpers for a 73 lol.

The bumper and brackets are different for a 73 Cuda.
