Here is another M46.  No tag.  Was on ebay and went for more than I was willing to pay for yard art.
More pics when I get a chance.

This info was given to me.  No proof in a book or whatever though.

M46 is an option that you will only find on a barracuda in 1970 only. Simulated rear quarter scoops,  Non functional, just for looks. It had a black out on the bottom sides, a blacked out tail panel and a blacked out  grill and valance. The top of the side black out had a blue and white or red and white reflective stripe. Very few made.
I've found 4 in 8 years.  All with major problems.  Out of all those cars (21,891) only 433 M46 cars produced, 415 M46 were V8.   total of 15 M46 Convertibles

B Kinda hard to go get them back if something weird happens.  Ken wants to reproduce them in the original style but with updated materials.

Scotts reproductions work for sure.  Look find when mounted.  They are a little bendy since they are abs plastic but they work just fine with a little doctoring.  I sure appreciate Scott making those scoops.  I only got my hands on one set from him. At least I got those.  They will go on my 67 barracuda "warrior" My monstrosity.

have you looked into 3d printing them? there is a store up in the Springs to try http://the3dprintingstore.com/

Hey Cuda Hunter

Do you have any adverts or flier info on the M46 option from the dealer? I'm just wondering how they were trying to sell this back in the day? I've never heard of it before so...

B

1970 Cuda clone 440 4 speed FJ5
1975 Dodge Power Wagon W200

Nope.  Never seen anything.  If I hear of something I try to find out about it so that's one thing I have never known.   How they were trying to sell them.

Would love to see some real documents from old Ma.

With no advertising, I can see why there weren't many made.

I thought I had received the email with a fender tag printout on this one.  but I have never been able to locate it in my pictures. Would love to know where this one went.  As i recall they wanted like 15K for this one.  Then it became a roller and I saw the add after it said "sold".
