1971 V CODE VERT CUDAS

My favorite is the orange one with beat up paint.

Did these V codes come with painted grills and argent grills? 
Was this an option that you could check off?

May not have been correct but I seen a few TX9 cars with body color grill treatment & it looks "right"

How about BH/BP cars with A21 or A22 elastomeric bumpers?  I believe this would be the exception to the above, where they would also get body colored grills.
