This V code pulls into a show with a tiger tail out of the gas cap. Wasn't that a GTO thing?

blown motor

I think Esso used that as an advertising slogan in the 60s or 70s. "Put a tiger in you tank".

Yes that was an Esso advertising gimmick for a year or two.

Looks like something to start torching the car with.

I'll have to wash it today. I put another 80-90 miles on it yesterday, a lot of it was in RAIN that was not supposed to come.  :deadhorse: :stayinlane:

I went to go to a local car show in Wasaga Beach tonight. Pulled into get gas and while I was fueling it looked like smoke pouring out the T/A scoop. I just about had a fit. Opened the hood to find the heater core hose had split squirting coolant on the exhaust. ( Just steam, not smoke) I just trimmed the end of the hose and drove back home. Getting new hoses tomorrow. I guess they are 9 years or so old? Material must be getting cheaper quality these days.....? My work van is an 1986 with the original hoses on it and they seem fine?
Any suggestions as to a brand of hose to look for? I don't need restoration date code stuff, just regular jobber stuff is fine with me.

Gates seems to be well respected and has been around a long time.

Thanks Cody. That was the first one that came to mind.

That is a good way to get them to like cars early!
It has been a while since I've had one of those in my cars, they have cupholders now? ;-)
Maybe grandkids in a few years...

She gets a kick out of the noise and enjoys her daily ride in my WRX. She may latch on to the idea of going fast before 2!
