Goody, the whole order or just the decklid? I've been waiting for 13 items and still haven't got a tracking number. Looks like I might have to call as well but if I get the same message, I'm going to tell them I'll wait until they get more. At half price, I can be patient.


I actually only ordered hood hinges.

I got my AMD rear valance the other day but they refunded me for the trunk extensions that apparently sold out while I was ordering. The lady there told me they had so many orders at the same time that the inventory system couldn't keep up with the orders.

If any of you ordered the rear bumper for 70 Cuda, you need to test fit the bumper guards. They drilled the holes too high on mine. Can't get them on.  Debating what to do with them.

Called looking for my parts from a month ago that I already paid for,  from Tamraz, he said " Oh we cancelled your order, we were out of stock"  I asked why didn't he notify me, why do I have to call a month later and ask were my parts are? Fender, bumper, valances?  He said I cant help you Im out of stock and hung up!!!"   I didn't get a refund yet and I will NEVER order from them again!!!   You better call him if your waiting on parts!!!!!!

I've dealt with them many times over the years. Their communication is terrible but when you speak to them over the phone, they have been professional and accommodating. I'm trying to be patient with my order. Today I got a call from a delivery company so I'm hoping that's my stuff. I'll post the good or bad. If I paid full price, I'd be steamed but since I saved $1300, that goes a long way to smoothing things out.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tamaraz. Yes, my lid was damaged and returned and refunded with ease.

You would think they would let you know that they are cancelling your order!  If I didn't call, how would I know?  No refund yet either, why didn't they send my money back if they cancelled my order? Total B.S.!!!

I agree, it is. I don't blame you for being pissed. I purposely have not called because I didn't want them to use that opportunity to cancel my order over the phone. They have not refunded my card so for me, no news might actually be good news. I'll have an answer tomorrow after the delivery truck brings me stuff.

My parts were delivered to the surface shipping company in L.A about a week after New Years. Now in a container to Sweden. I wont see them for another couple of months though.

So a bittersweet update....got most of my order delivered today. Both boxes had damage but nothing inside was damaged. Got my rear quarters, decklid, gas tank, and a few other things that have been holding back my cars progress back so good there.

On the bad side, I did not get my rear bumper, frt and rear bumper brackets, and heat shields. Not a huge deal but I really wanted to maximize the savings on the deal since I need them eventually. Sadly, there was no email update or paper invoice with the shipment so it was impossible to know if the items were shipped separately or lost. I was therefore forced to call and I knew what the response would be before I even dialed. As expected, they did not have those items in stock and would not honor the 50% off deal when they got more in. I didn't make a big fuss over it since I came out really good in the end.

I'm sort of kicking myself now for calling because they made no effort to contact me or to refund that portion of money so my gut tells me they would have eventually honored it and shipped them out at some point had I not called. I think they know now they screwed themselves with the deal and they are canceling what they can as people slowly call in for status updates.

I can't say I have a problem with Tamraz but I'm thinking next time I might just get the Tamraz quote and call a few vendors (sponsors in here) to see how close they can price match. I like value but good customer service has value too and Tamraz really dropped the ball for a lot of guys on this deal.
