My system shows just about exactly 1 volt more than it should in the 15v range. Local independent battery shop thats highly respected in area checked my car out today. After a lot of testing, they could find nothing wrong that would indicate excessive resistance draw problems with the bulkhead connector or anywhere else. I have a bypass wire and new regulator.  I'm no electric expert, but I was right there watching all readings and its very hard to disagree. They mentioned that they remembered a certain model of truck or motorhome( i forget which) that similar issues way back. if I wanted them too, they would check on getting an good quality adjustable voltage regulator. I told them to go ahead and do it. They don't charge for testing and regulator is cheap.   Anyone familiar with these ?

I use this one on the G3 Hemi and the Warlock, though I have not needed to adjust it, it has a screw on the back.

So far it's been great on both, however I should go ahead and buy an extra to keep on-hand. They're cheap!
