I remember growing up in LA area in the 50's and watching the Yeakel Bros. "Rocket to Stardom" on the old black&white Sort of a 50's American Idol , at the time the Yeakle Bros. was the largest Oldsmobile dealer in the LA area.   Thanks,   Al

Can't beat Super Stock cars for that price.  My father bought a new 63 Plymouth Savoy slant six automatic for 2200 that year.  2599 was a lot of money in 1963.
