I'm praying it doesn't, but given the current state of affairs, anyone think it will be cancelled?
That would be an awfully large crowd of folks congregating.
It's such a special Carlisle, it'd be a shame if it was a no go.

Man, I hope it's not.  This is the highlight of the year for so many people and something that could really get people thinking about fun things again.  Let's hope it's able to go on as planned.  :fingerscrossed:

I do not think it will be canceled, but attendance could be down.   :alan2cents:

I've been communicating with Ed, the event manager about helping with the Gen iii hemi swap seminar during the show, and so far it seems like everything is still a go.

No mention of cancellation

Absolutely, unfortunately it will be canceled

There is a difference between being canceled and being postponed.  I have to believe Chrysler Nationals is one of the larger car events at Carlisle so if they have a reduced schedule, I would hope they try to keep it on the schedule.

As of today here in Pa. the governor mandated  all companies except life sustaining entities have been shut down...Let's hope this situation doesn't last too long..Or there's no choice in the matter...

Ok this is an opinion based topic so I can't be too hard on the nay-sayers, but I wish people would stop saying things that sound so definitive like "it will be canceled".   I for one think the show will go on.  Or maybe it'll just get postponed til Sept and then we can ejoy it even more when its not blazing hot!   ...My car doesnt have AC.  ...It'll also give me more time to finish it.  Hehe

I don't think so .. this virus is on its way out soon . . Many will pay the ultimate price but we will survive.   Unfortunately things will never be the same ever again . . This was unprecedented . .
Drive it like you stole it . . . And they're CHASING you!

I think a car show is pretty low on the list when you take a look at all the events that are being cancelled around the world. It's unprecedented what's happening in the WORLD right now, I hope the end is in sight, but the truth is that nobody really knows....

We could get to a point where it will be illegal to leave your homes....don't think so....take a look at other countries around the world.
