I have this one.  Didn't spend any time in these but I bet some of you have spent some camping days.  This has a 413.

My dad had one of those..... Talk about pushing allot of dirty air..... That big brow above the windshield isn't exactly the last word in aerodynamics  :rofl:

Back in the 80's I was driving it back from a weekend in the mountains, suddenly I had a crow flying straight towards me, the way it was heading it should have hit the windshield right in front of me, instead it hit the air pocket in front of me & tumbled for a good 20 plus seconds before it got out of the dirty air & fell away to the left..... Pretty sure he didn't make it... :andyangel: :haha:

I just looked at a Magnum with T-tops and E58 last weekend. Good outer body but crusty trunk floor area, completely shot leather interior. It's a shame, just not worth doing.

They were cool , the last body for Petty in Nascar , the last B body , the Gt & T tops were great  :bigthumb:

Strange, my mindset at the time was that "real" muscle cars ended in the early 70's and anything post that point was of no interest to me.  The Magnum and it's variances (Cordoba, Charger, Chrysler 300) appeal to me now more then back at the time.

I couldn't see beyond the Challengers, Cudas, and early 70's B bodies.  They were cheap and plentiful at the time and I never looked at the new stuff.  Different perspective now! :thinking:

PS: I used to think the 85 MPH speedometers were a joke.  :stayinlane:

Mine as well. I did try out a new black 79 Magnum GT with T-tops and I even considered swapping my 426 Hemi into it to replace the anemic 360. However it didn't make sense to me to pull the engine out of a brand new car, and it was no good with the 360. Nice looking cars though.
