I was just looking at the listings for the Kissimmee auction in January. The numbers seem to be way down from last year. Is it too early to tell? Will there be a lot more cars consigned in the next month or two. Last year there was a lot of Mopars. This year only six E bodies. No cars for Sunday the 14th. Friday and Saturday is 70% GM! What's up?

I think the car market is SOOOOO WEAK right now. The values are down.Everyone is putting their money in the stock market with a 28% again for the year ( great return on your money ).  I was reading a old moper collector mag last night, from April I think . It was talking about the market was  soft this past Jan at the 3 big auctions this year. It sure isn't like the 2000's market.

I agree.  The market is so strong there is no reason to look for somewhere else to put your money.   :looney:

It's going to be hard to tell her we don't have room for that one.   :Thud:  They are so small and cute.  How do you not smile when you see one of those cars.   :)

Might not happen.  I am going to need to rebuild both rear brake cylinders, and get a bunch of other little items addressed.  I am running out of time. The neutral safety switch also went bad, and i need to get it replaced first.  Grrr :verymad:

Dang- that little Isetta went for $37,400 at Mecum which is super expensive for such a little car, if you ask me! The spec's say the car weighs in at 793 lbs (hmmm... Cody & I lifted her by hand to put her on a flatbed...) so, if my math is right, that car costs $47 per pound! :haha: We paid a fair price for my Isetta project, just hope it doesn't cost too much to restore.
