I wonder what the story was with the fratzog or was that an early version of the SE emblem on the quarter panel of that promo car.

Maybe an early SE promo picture?
The ad mentions the bargain priced Deputy Challenger; when was that car model variation introduced? 
It would give us a time frame for the ad. (the car in the pic is obviously not a Deputy- no fixed quarter windows)
