Cody, excellent write-up! Here are my suggestions:

1. Since you are saying 10 VINs and you made a numbered list of them on page one, I would number each VIN section using the same number as the numbered list.
2. "DASH VIN: The Dash VIN is riveted to the drivers side of the dash pad and can been seen from outside the vehicle by looking through the windshield in the lower corner."
     a. Should be "can be seen"
     b. How about "lower driver side corner" or something to that effect?
3."Close does not work with in this situation; it must be a 100% perfect match.  Next, take a close look " Eliminate the word "with"
4."COWL & RADIATOR VIN: Now that the Title and Dash VIN are confirmed" Should be "VINs are confirmed"
5. "This method would be reserved for situations you have a reason to believe the car has been re-bodied." Could be "situations where you have a reason"
6. "And if the pad doesn't have to many layers of paint" Should be "too many layers"
7." there is a second pad milled on the rail above the Transmission pan" Could say "Transmission oil pan"
8. "Click here to better understand E-Body Fender Tags" Need a punctuation mark after "Tags"
9. "Liken it to birth certificate" Should be "Liken it to a birth certificate "
10. "there's a good chance that it belongs to another who would appreciate its missing Build" Could be "to another car owner"

Yup, you're correct.  A lot of the time it's just hand written on the card.

I always thought there was 11 places. The VIN number can be found typed on the warranty info card included in the owners manual package found in the glove box :alan2cents:   just sayin....

Yes...I have seen typed too...
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

Cody, just thought of something else.

Should you mention that there is no VIN number on the Rear Axle? Some people may be surprised to learn that a major component like the Rear Axle is not stamped with the VIN. I'm one of the surprised!

Great thoughts guys..... I'll update the info.  Stand by.
