Sorry, my bad. I must have confused "Deluxe" with "spoke" in my brain instead of looking it up. My car came with W11 covers as shown in this picture, which clearly states that it is "deluxe". I'm going to edit my previous post so that Cody isn't confused by my error. Thanks for pointing this out to me 6bblgt. -chris

I got a couple unknowns on Line 4:
My axle is code "010" which is s 7 1/4" rear end with 2.76 gears

I'm not so sure that 010 pins down an axle code....   I have two sheets here with 010 in the axle code & one I know for a fact has had a 2.76 gear open 8.75 since at least 1975 & since it's a 6 cylinder car I seriously doubt they hurt an earlier axle & replaced it.....

On line 11:
I have W11. The report shows this as "Wheel Covers Deluxe", but from David Wise #15-5-45 I found it to be "Standard Challenger 14" Wheel Covers".

the wheel covers discrepancy is more semantics (or Dave is wrong :lurking:), there are NO STANDARD e-body wheel covers
Chrysler Corp. called most of their W11 wheel covers "DELUXE" as it was the first OPTION above the STANDARD hub caps

they were included with A04 "Challenger Radio Group" - but still not STANDARD

Axle codes 010 and 080 are two that we are looking to confirm.  We have sheets with them on there, but have not been able to confirm there gear size and axle size yet.

@1 Wild R/T could you please run your sheet again.   :please:   I have not do so yet, but can when I get home.  But I think we fixed the error that stopped it from converting to the PDF so you could see it.     :fingerscrossed:

And again.... THANKS!!!!!  It's with everyone's help that we are making this decoder the best it can be.

I broke it....

All better now, I'll have to try harder to break it next time...

@HUSTLESTUFF  can you post a photo if that section of your sheet?  The decoder has C65 in it so it should have come up.... so I want to see where it is on your sheet so I can double check our decoder to see if it's in the right box.  And where is the 7 on line 9?

Thanks!

What a fantastic program.  This will certainly get hits.  Is it members only, if so expect a big increase.  I did have two unknowns.  line 6 foam seat I have a 65 in my box.  Front bench seat car.  In line 9 sill I have a 7 in my box. Both come up unknown.    This is awesome.  I have a few numbers I can't read due to spring marks but I'm working off a copy and will do this again with the original at home.

@Cuda Cody Just ran my decoder...so cool! Thanks to all involved! Here are my comments:

1. Line 4 under "Frame" 72 is unknown

2. Line 6 A01 should be "Trunk Light" not "Truck Light"

3. Line 9 L74 should be "Light" not "Lite"

:handshake:

Cuda Cody

Thanks for the help buddy!!!  Very much appreciated.   :handshake:   I'll get the "Trunk Light" spelling fixed.

The spelling for Light and Lite is used throughout the sheet as one meaning so I tried to list as I found it in the Parts Catalog or Factory Data book.  Take a look on your sheet at line 8 under L11 & L35 and you'll see they both multiple times for the same meaning.  But thank you for pointing it out.   :ohyeah:

We are still trying to find out what the full part number is for the 72 frame and what engines it came on (I think it's going to be part #3583072).  What engine was your car and do you think the K-Frame is original?

Cody, you should probably run the second sheet I posted.. There are a few unknowns which seem to answer themselves

010 line 4  seventh code = Axle...
154 line 4 second code = 198 CI 6 cylinder
89  line 5  tenth code  = tire decal

FWIW on the 010 I'm thinking it should be a 7.25 axle but my other sheet also codes 010 & I know it had an 8.75 but I think the disc brakes may have triggered the axle not being a 7.25 or it could have just been the parts on hand.... Could even have been swapped but I knew of the car from very early & it wasn't changed much till I got it

Oh, both sheets have 778 for driveshaft   Which the decoder shows as 2883778

but GG's white book lists 778 as 3578778 and it shows as 1970  7260  3.25  52.03  AT  7.25  J  225 318

Just noticed this, SUPERCOOL!
Build sheets for my cars are long gone though.  :('

Culvers

what about line 11 under 1, 2  and 3 (reserved for codes that can not be broadcast above)?  ;)

Cuda Cody

Does anyone have a sheet with codes listed in the bottom right corner under the  1  2  3  boxes?  I have not been able to confirm with sheets what codes exactly they used down there.

While the decoder is 99% done, we are still researching the last few hard to find codes for cars that were not has easy to find sheets for.  So all this helps if you post and share any "unknown" results you might get from your decoded sheet.   :thankyou:

Thanks @1 Wild R/T for your help.   @6bblgt  was able to find the 010 Axle code and I double checked the Parts Catalog and you are right on the 778 driveshaft.  The specs were right, but I had the part number wrong.  I'll get that updated.

We still do not know for sure what the Tire decal is.  We thing it's #3402089, but need confirmation before we add it.

Thanks for help on the engine code!

My 1970 RT/SE has a N code 383. I'm fairly confident that it is the original K-Frame but I have been surprised before with this vehicle. I love learning about it's origins.
