THE ZUKE

Hello guys, ;)
I am looking for an exploded view of the steering column for my cuda 70 but I don't find it on the resources, nor on the WEB.
I think on my car, it lacks parts. :verymad:
Someone would have this plan? :dunno:
Thank you for your answers :)

Watch Cody's videos, they pretty much cover all the parts of a column :alan2cents:

The part 2 will show you everything, but it takes a bit to go through it all.

Maybe post some pictures of what you do have and we can determine if you are missing parts.  :dunno:

I hate to admit it but this was the first time that I have actually watched this video since I had already restored my steering column a few years ago but really nice job @Cuda Cody:bravo:

I just watched the video part 2.
Super interesting but I would like to know what is on the side of the flame because the stem of the column moves on mine.
I saw this by dismounting the coupling to fit the new  box BORGESON

Not sure I understand your question but the inner shaft will slide into the column if the nylon pins are broken as it uses a 2 piece steering shaft

I'm not quite following the question either.

It looks like there is something missing and the header pipe is in the way .  It looks like to me the coupler between the steering column shaft and steering box is missing . The coupler that connects to the steering box with a roll pin .

Hard to say from the angle of the picture, but I think the header tube is going to need a little love from a BFH  :alan2cents:

I looked for something like the picture but for my Cuda 70.

But now it's ok, because of the borgeson box works good.  ;)

I found a solution about the column because of the Cody video.  :bigthumb:

go here.  Section 19.  The first ten illustrations in 19 should show you what you need.

Thanks, it was exactly that I looked for. But later because the Borgeson box is already monted.  ;)
