 I'm glad this subject came up, particularly the link to the Bilstiens available through Firm Feel. VERY satisfied with Bilstiens on my "other" car (though admittedly custom valved).
Also, a word of caution with taking the Accutune video at face value, very misleading. More like he has something to sell, rather than providing solid, accurate, information. If you really want to understand damping and suspension, there are loads of excellent motorcycle related articles, and videos, online. The principles of suspension damping are the same, compression, rebound, high speed/low speed damping.
Anyway, lots of good information out there.
