Wider aftermarket wheel/tire advise.. (B-BODY REAR/1" LEAF RELOCATE)

I went with 275/50ZR17 in the rear.

Unfortunately, it does rub a little bit.

My rear quarters were replaced by the previous owner and have pretty large lip on the inside. Is this normal?

Should I cut that off, roll it, or both?

How much room do you have on the inside between the tire & spring , it seems the rim is the wrong backset , 275 should be an easy fit

 I think I found a wheel I like.   

17x9.5 with 6 offset....      I found a conversion to backspacing and it says 5.5"

With the B body rear, will this work without rubbing?

For the front, 17x8 0 offset.. translates to a  4.5bs

Is this a safe combo?

if you're running aftermarket disc brakes, don't forget to account for their increase to the axle width.

I'm not running rear disk brakes yet, but I figure they would require an additional 1/4 inch more push outwards.

   The DrDiff front and rear kits increase the track width by 3/16" per side.  Not sure about the other mfgs.

Up front,
17x8 with 4.5bs will fit fine.
17x9 will fit nicely with 4-7/8 to 5 inch bs. I have 17x9 with 255's up front with 5" bs and it doesn't rub the lip mouldings. I believe you can stick 275's in there as well. That's what I think 72blunblu has mounted.

That's is what I captured for 72blunblu's setup, 275s on 17x9s w/ 5" BS on all four corners
