What color Top and Interior?
Had an EK2 car. Gone now, but not forgotten. Love that color.
Sold it this past September. It was EK2 Go-Mango Body, V1W White top, FK4 (70 only color, Burnt Orange) Interior, V5X - Black side body molding... a 4 color car.
Alas, twas but a 318 904... Original owner replaced the factory side molding with an aftermarket molding when he had it painted.

Originally it was Gran Coupe with burnt orange interior and black top. I am going with black top and black interior.

Haha...I have a 3yo daughter...not possible for me to do it. That plus the fact that I don't have the talent to do a lot of the the bodywork.

But yes, it's at Mike's shop. I saw a car he did at a local show, researched his shop and knew that he was the guy that was going to do the car.

If you looks a few pages back in this thread, you and I talk about it being at Mike's shop...it think it was you pointed out that the calipers were hung on the wrong sides.

I've known Mike for years, great guy...also explains why this thread is five years old.... :haha: :haha: :haha:

Be sure to tell him Alan Gallant says "HI" next time you're over there :drinkingbud:

Oh we talk about you almost every time I go to the shop to check on progress!! He says he's known you forever too. Only has nice things to say about you.

Its been there for more than 5 years...not Mike's fault, it's mine. Slow going because I want everything to be perfect. You know the old saying: caviar tastes on a tuna fish budget.

Thanks @cudamadd. I'm really ready for the journey to be over..it's been close to 10 years of slow going with a wife and baby in the middle of it. Carpet, front seats and a windshield will be in the next few weeks so I'll be able to at least drive it around the parking lot. Rear seat covers won't be in until December from Legendary so it won't be completely done until next spring.

Just some pictures of how it's coming along. Carpet is in, seats are upholstered.

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy horsepower and that's kind of the same thing.....
