So bit of an update for those following along.....46 days since I started, I would estimate roughly 120 hours of labour total to date.

Having 4-5 cars on the go at any given time I find it helpful to keep a list of parts or components that are restored and ready to go. If you see the  word "hardware" beside the part, that means EVERYTHING is finished and the part is 100% ready to bolt on the car again.

How do you do everything in that little garage that we often see? Ya know...the blue and white interior one attached to your house? I think?

He stores all the finished parts in the house.  Do you have a bench?  You must be a flexible guy bending over with all those parts on the ground.  Looking good sir.  Real good.

I've once said then when you have a passion for restoring cars, the size of your shop doesn't come into play. I see all the time when guys with big egos show off their big shops thinking it makes them some how a better restorer.... :drunk:

I pride myself on organization, being able to choreograph all the projects running at the same time and cleanliness. Because of the extremely small work space, I can't afford to be any other way.  I think some businesses fail because no matter how big your shop is or how much money you throw at it....if you can't run a business with passion....then you might as well run the other way....  :alan2cents:
