Zero feedback is usually a sign....

I think its legit. It's been for sale several times over the years and it was in CT the last time. It's worth pursuing if you're interested.

Yeah I saw that too. I'd imagine that any of us buying this car would go see it in person and verify it was all legit.

I can't remember the last time I've seen a 71 that was just a simple flat hood Barracuda. Usually everyone puts on the gills, shaker hood, billboards, road lamps, etc.

I agree. The blurred out tag is also a legit CT antique plate. It's less than an hour from me.

Nice car: I'm glad it won't sell, I'd hate to see it get ruined after all these years.

I like it plain and not cloned out.  Not my favorite color combo but you would be the only one in town with that color.

I'm with Chris on this one. I've seen the pictures before and put up for sale several times over the last 5 or 6 years.

Pretty much what everyone has said already. They said who did the work so maybe an interested party could call/visit the shop to verify. Seems like there have been some really solid cars up for sale recently. I think for the money the purple one in California is a better deal. :alan2cents: A few more pictures would be nice.

I like the color actually. It's nice to see something original yet different from most everything else out there. I want a 71 at some point soon and this one seems like a great deal if it's nice. Promised the wife I wouldn't get another car though until after we retire and move two years from now. I already have three cars to move or sell.

One of my customer's has the same colour gold, but with white interior...looks nice. His is a 383 BS27 Cuda convertible in about the same condition....He's been offered $100K CDN for his...

Question.  I saw this car on eBay yesterday too.   And I see some say this is a good price, others say they have seen it has been listed several times, obviously not sold.   Checking Hagerty's value, according to sales data, this car is not worth 51k.   If it's been for sale and has not sold, seems Haggerty is right....   The car is about 12 k overpriced - right?  Or wrong?
