Thank you for letting me know.  I contacted the programmer and he's working on fixing that bug that gave you the "oops" error.  I'll let you know once it's fixed.  Since you posted your sheet I can run it though and email it to you if you like.  Always willing to help a E-Body brother out.   

I tried it earlier but came up with

@lvd2340  could you try the decoder again and see if the PDF converter is working for you (I think it should remember your entries if you have cookies turned on).

The decoder did everything right, but the PDF converter had a little bug when it tried to display a long code.  It should be all fixed.  Please let me know if it works for you now?
