Jimynick came over today and we pulled the oil pan on the Charger to try and solve a leak issue. Time will tell if we were successful. If we weren't it's his fault.  :pokeeye:

I loaded my Cuda into my enclosed trailer yesterday. Took it for a spin around the block before doing so. I had the car at my mother's in her garage. Since her passing, my sister and I have sold the estate, so now I don't have a garage until I get one built...I need to re-jet this thing coming from Calgary (3500 feet) to Ottawa area. So much going on moving here from Calgary. I called for insurance on my Cuda (appraisal at 137 grand) 1600 dollars here in Quebec. It was 640 in Alberta. Quebec is a rip off! Ad don't mention plates...probably another 800 bucks. My Dodge 3500 was 1700 bucks to plate and insure compared to 700 bucks in Alberta. Why did I move here again??? LOL.
I didn't know  different parts of Canada had different rules.
So you're telling me you're in the California of Canada, eh?
How's the homeless population where you are at?
Any converter thieves or senseless smash and grabs?
We have really lax rules for cars, but plenty of societal issues here in Washington

I am in the process of adding the Holley Terminator X EFI with the HyperSpark ignition, coil, and MSD wires. Also correcting a few more things so I changed out the upper radiator hose to the Shaker-compatible version. The shape is different to clear the shaker and not rub on the shaker adapter ring. Repro on the left and non-Shaker hose on the right in the first picture.
The white ink-stamped versions of the correct hose (PN 3462184 or 3462113) are twice the cost of the new repro on eBay for less than $50. This repro hose does not have the white stamp but gets the job done. The last pic is the stamped versions for reference.

It's sort of similar to the US. You have Federal powers and State powers.
We have Federal powers and Provincial powers.

Did some more bending and flaring on my brake lines.

Got one front and the rear axle lines left to do.

The NOS 6453S TQ carb I had for my 74 Charger wouldn't work. The wife and I rebuilt a 6322S TQ carb yesterday and I put it on the 360 this morning. Cranked it with fresh gas from a container and it fired up. Ran it for about 5 minutes. It sounds great. Now to replace the soft parts in the 6453S TQ. First time the engine has ran for more than a few seconds in over 15 years.

Removed the heater box assembly today to freshen it up.

Soooo....why are the heater core inlet and outlet tubes different diameters?

And found I had visitors at some point in the past... :pullinghair:

A bunch of miscellaneous smalls to help eliminate exhaust fumes in cabin.
This in lieu of the hour plus drive each way to Spring Fling show.
Added V bands to exhaust to replace cheap wrap around type. Pipes were split for ease of r&r while test fitting turbo pieces. Welding is awful but solid.
Plugged up small firewall pass thru grommets that were loos fitting.
Replaced old v/c gaskets to stop oil leaks dripping on exhaust manifolds.
Replaced v/c grommets. Motor has excessive blow by. So everything helps.
Added an extra gasket to seal off cowl to hood.
