I can't say I've found anything for myself but enjoy " hunting " spending someone else money. Best deal I think was the plastic part on A/C only cars that goes under the dash to hide the A/C parts. It was at Carlisle on a blue tarp priced at $125 in perfect shape.  I picked it up and said to my buddy "pay the man" and kept walking with it. It was funny he had no idea what it was or that his was missing. I've seen the same part sell for $500 on E-Bay.
Oh no! Is that part on the passenger side?

Yes bolts to the bottom of the dash frame.

Wonderful!  :)) I wasn't careful with mine and its now broken in 4 pieces. I set it on the air compressor something fell and flipped it in the air.  :headbang: Oh and as usual I can't find one of the pieces.  :Thud:

Finding things that you need in a swap meet always make me feel like I have accomplished something!  It is fun going through the swaps but lately I haven't needed anything . . .
That's when I start another new project! :wrenching:
I keep saying this is the car that's going to put me into retirement. Then I start another!

I know I have more but right now the one that comes to mind is, A friend and I where at Carlisle a few years ago and we where on the hunt for a factory BB A body bellhousing. yeah good luck with that. I told him after a while stop looking. It was get monotonous! Well walking around a little while later I was drawn to a guy with a few bellhousing for sale. He had one ! and didn't realize what it fit. I think I paid a 125? I was just happy to find it never mind that cheap! My friend volunteered to carry it back to the truck. I felt bad for him when he got there 10 minuets after me, But we had a couple of cold beers there and they cheered him up! :toast:

Topcat

a five speaker dash pot, rear speaker wire harness was another good find of mine.

They weren't cheap.

My best find has happened twice. Once at the Portland swap meet and once at the Graham Mopar show. I have ran across now 2 full set of 14 trim rings still in the original wrapper. one set was for $200 and the other was $125. Sold one set for $860 on Ebay. I still have the other set...

Yea...That's a good deal.....I paid Frank Mitchell $200 for one about eight years ago

That's funny!  @73Cudamann   I found 1 set of 14" at the Portland Swap meet too!  Was it up at the convention center section just in the upper parking lot area near the hot dog stand?  That guy lives 2 houses down from me and didn't even know he had any parts, then he shows up at the swap meet with some Mopar parts.  Got a nos SE tail panel too.  Wonder if it was the same guy?  Was it about 4 or 5 years ago?

Yep about 5 years ago. I found the set in the convention center on the table. I nearly walked by them.but the packages do stand out with the Mopar sticker
