Lot of work, but super cool car!  Love those 340's.  Did you see a fender tag? 

If I was closer I would go look at it.  Some spots look okay and others look like they are really bad.

   I haven't seen it; just caught the ad while I was searching for parts. My thought is that there's a lot of hidden work thhat car needs, but somebody with a shop, tools and skills could do well by it.
