But if there's no fender tags or BS then it's just a Cuda, not? Then is it worth 12K if there's no drive train? You guys know more about this than I, I'm just trying to catch up.

VIN should be "BS23J0B" & would indicate AAR'cuda ONLY

Thanks. So it's the "S" that signifies AAR? All others would be B "H"?

It's the J. BS is 'cuda, 23 is hardtop, J is 340 6bbl, 0 is 1970 and B is built in Hamtramck, Mi. But all AARs start with BS23J0B.

The "S" signifies that it is a Cuda not a Barracuda. The "J" is the engine code for 340-6 which only was available in Trans Am cars. T/A Challenger or AAR Cuda

Sez it comes with a T/A block & heads... But the heads aren't T/A & he doesn't show the casting number of the block....

What does "had original fender tag" mean ? Didn't every car have an original tag at one time ?
