426 Hemi - Am I at TDC #1. Lifter pic

Trying to get at TDC #1. Number 1 piston is at top, timing mark is at 0, dizzy rotor is at #1. Just not sure if I'm at compression or exhaust stroke. Attached is a pic of one of the #1 lifters.

I'm installing a new efi distributor and I need to be at TDC #1 to start the install.

With my Ford, I could just put my finger over the spark plug hole and feel compression. With this Hemi, obviously can't do that. 🤪
