NH has closed schools till April 7th, restuarants and bars closed, takeout only, any big events cancelled, people hoarding toilet paper ( I don`t get why ) and other groceries. I work in Massachusetts which is a lot more affected than where I live so a bit worried I might bring it home as my wife has been dealing with asthma, otherwise she`s young enough, 36 and even though I`m 60 I`m in good health other than back/arthritis issues.

Like many I've experienced the empty shelves; bread aisle, tp, paper towels, hygiene and cleaning products.

I went by two local Wal-Marts, a two local Publix, and a couple of Cost+10% locations for a loaf of bread and some extra-large eggs - no dice. I'll try some different stores tomorrow.

:takemymoney:

Be at Big Box stores at 5 am and you might get lucky.

Update: Today at 130 my primary grocery store, a Wal-Mart Market, had some bread and was fully stocked up on eggs.  :bradsthumb:

I was referring to that if you go to the store and be out in front at 5 am; you might get lucky.

Around here the grocery stores are getting stocked back up, I'd say they are at 50% more than a couple days ago.

I live in a rural area in Southern CA. SO. Cal Edison has been cutting power when THEY decide. Its weird to have your power cut when in the last situation there was no wind in my area. SO as a result, I started stocking up on Diesel, Food, water and started to build my own self power generation. Edison was clueless and there was no communication or ETA for power. Now fast forward to today....if this is how this Country handles misinformation of the unknown can you image what the panic will be when there is a real disaster? Power grid hacked, Major Earthquake, Domestic attack....it shows how we are so unprepared.

Noticed in the past few days Californians may becoming more aware of the Main Stream Media's and certain bureaucrat's fear-mongering and shockvertising to win support for their final agenda.

If the power grid fails there will be a lot of people die.
