Interior Paint for dash/steering column

I am restoring a 70 gran coupe convertible and have a few questions on getting the paint correct on the interior. I watched CudaCodys video on the steering column overhaul (which was more detailed than I could have imagined), but didn't see any paint codes for the paint. My steering column is black and my dash frame is blue. Does anybody have paint codes for these pieces? Does the dash frame get the "wrinkle" treatment like the steering column does? Also I wanted to refinish my pedal assembly as well, is anybody familiar with the most accurate paint to use for that?

I did a search as well and couldn't really find an answer. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
