Does anyone think this engine swap would be okay if I have plans on making my Cuda a daily driver?

Why not , you have a brand new engine with a warranty that will run well , idle in traffic etc without issue as long as the conversion is done professionally & though out as a complete package , better brakes suspension tires etc it will be a great driver .
If needed I can help you build it too .

Im still curious to see if anyone has been able to throw one of these engines in their e-body?

I'm assuming you can't just drop the engine into the engine bay, I'm very interested in all the challenges that you need to over come to get it functioning properly.

I'm working on getting my Cuda registered before I strip it all apart and get some body work done. Wanted to start thinking of a plan on where to take the car once that is complete.

303 did his 6.1 install almost exactly 2 years ago now , he did a very detailed thread on it
