Barracuda rear valance with cut outs

I have this rear valance with exhaust cut outs. Hope someone needs / wants an OEM piece.  Needs a little work. Make me a reasonable offer. I will ship it for exact cost.

This is a 71 and up, correct? I've heard that the 70 ones don't have the 2 reinforcement brackets welded onto the back. Can anyone conform that? Why did they add the reinforcements? Was there an issue with the earlier style?

I believe you are correct, no brackets on 70s.  Most likely added to firm up the fit and the rear mounting brackets changed.
