@70chall440 , I put ATP AT-205 Reseal New year's Eve 2017 in PS pump and it sealed what was a total overnight emptying leak. Just now looked at it and its still full !

That's a cool paint job Jason. I like it! :bigthumb:
:iagree:
Keep it as long as you can.  It would probably cost a fortune to re-do.
And i want to see it in person. Whenever i finally make it to moparfest.

Added a fusible link to the alt to starter relay wire.
Also put AC guages on the system, pressures seem both low 30 LP and 150 HP , so now to try to find R12.

torn carb down for a rebuild. found a sticky throttle shaft on the secondary side that was not consistently closing all the way

That was probably the best way to spend your day today, eh Brad? I was through Barrie coming home about 4pm and it was bumper to bumper on the 400- and then they threw in a wee bit of rain!

Good to hear.

How do you like your new exhaust system now?   ;)

Hey @Topcat ...I love it, thanks man! (For those that do not know, I bought the mufflers and resonators from Topcat a few years ago).

The car is so much quieter going down the road, it really makes a difference and the car is so much more enjoyable to drive.  Most importantly my son finds it quieter, and is asking to go for a drive.  That makes me very happy.

The other big change, going to manifolds from headers has made a huge difference and has cut down the heat in the cabin considerably.

I am looking forward to putting some miles on the car this summer.

Thanks Man.

I probably won't redo the car for at least 5 years, I have a kid to put through University in a year or so, so that comes first.

searching for parts I need, tracking down parts that didn't arrive and trying to figure out what I'll do this weekend.

I found cold air, I think I may have found the trick to this vintage air unit. We will see how the 100° ride home today does.

I spent Monday and Tuesday tearing out old headliner and installing new one, and new package tray, sail panels, and installed newly covered seats...

Did not remove front or rear windows, either...

Thanks to members telling other members here that you just have to 'take your time, go slow, and you can do it!", I decided to tackle it on my own.

My tip for installing without removing front/rear glass...

I installed rear bow first, with lock wires tied in to rear window frame, then stretched everything forward first.

I used strong nylon cord to tie to each side of front bow, then installed two shoulder screws in the upper A pillar molding mounting holes. I then stretched the cord tight around screws, pulling headliner fully forward, and tied cords off on door hinges.

Lots of binder clips to hold sides in place secured headliner centered while I sprayed adhesive and pulled center front up over teeth. Gradually worked outward to the sides, then just before gluing sides, used scissors to snip the cord at front bow on each side. Glued sides and re-binder clipped as I went along. then glued the back headliner portion over teeth, and down sail panel sides...

Last photo is final product...

not mine, but today I assembled the front suspension & placed a 440 on the K-frame for a '72 Dart,  it should fit, right?

Looks like it will be a tight fit....good luck with those headers... :pullinghair:
