I installed one of these tanks in my Challenger with the intent of leaving the possibility open of adding fuel injection at a latter point. Fit and finish is excellent! They appear to be powder coated silver on the exterior.  No complaints or issues. With the repop stock style sending units being hard to seal,
( I found using the original locking ring helps. The ones supplied with the sending units are too thin and do not seal well.) and them being inaccurate as far as fuel levels go. I switched to this.  Here are a few pictures of mine.
In my case I used the new Holley Hydramat on my pickup.

This allows every drop of fuel to be used before you are empty. I built my car for autocross so I figured fuel management would be a good thing. I like the internal baffle, the stock tank doesn't have this feature
The sending unit works really well . I adjusted it  to read right before I installed it. Worked great the first time.
Here is the pickup I used...

Ours was delivered yesterday.  Thanks for the input.   :clapping:

Here's why we ordered the tank and some information I found by reading before we bought it.  Please correct me if I make any mistakes.  It looks like this wasn't available for the Challenger until May of last year.  Since we used an aluminum block there was no access for a mechanical pump.  The external pump we installed was so loud it was driving me crazy, so I started to look for a way to install a pump in the gas tank.  From what I read, this can handle 900 horsepower in a carbureted engine or 700 horsepower in a fuel injected engine. We haven't even opened the box yet so keep the info coming.

I'm using a Mallory pump https://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/msd-29208/overview/
It's pretty quiet as compared to those older Holley blue pumps. Now those things are loud. I had one on my BB Buick grand national and it drove me nuts!
You'll have to update this post to review their pumps!  :bradsthumb:
Don't forget to wire in a hidden fuel pump shut off. I did thinking of carjacking, security while parked.... and I have 3 teenage boys. Best to avoid the temptation I figure!

I am using the same system in my challenger, if I had to do it again I would use this with the tank.

Already got the fuel pump shutoff hidden in the console.   :D.     I also added an "e-brake" that's mounted under the car and kind of works like a screw drive garage door opener to engage the rear brake. That switch is also hidden in the console.   The emergency brake peddle was completely removed from inside the car.  Made a lot of extra room down there.

Glad to see this!
I'm seriously considering using one of these for my stroked 360 EFI Six Pak build.

One word of caution when using this tank system, make sure you test fit the plate on the top before assembling the pump so you know exactly how it all lines up. It looks like the holes are symmetrical and will rotate so you can clock it, it doesn't! As I said before, I would (and might) use that Jake Fab unit, very nice and at a $120 it is totally worth it.

I also have the Tanks setup in my Cuda and would echo that it is a high quality piece that is quiet and fits perfect! I ordered their whole kit with regulator/filter, FI hoses with twist barb, and AN fittings.

I have a Tanks tank ready to go in for the Hemi. Planning on the JakeFab puck and an Aeromotive pump.

Any pictures of that ebrake setup? Who's kit is it?

Thanks for posting this. It looks like just what I need to eliminate the loud pump on my car. :bradsthumb:

Here is the e-brake and a picture of the inside of the car without the emergency brake hardware.
