Welcome from Colorado! That is a beautiful Cuda!  I love the blue with white stripe and black wheels!

Hello ! thank you for your message, question is you who has a 393 in your car ??
I think to do the same in 1 year or 2 years

Yes!  I installed a new 392 Hemi in my '70 Cuda and love it!  You can check out my thread here with the steps and parts detailed to help you.

Around $12-14,000 all in, but I'm not sure what shipping costs are to France.

No, that is about it.  I still have my k-member and some guys swap it for an aftermarket tubular one so then the price would increase. When you are ready contact @MoparDave and he can get you the best prices.  And if you need help contact @Chryco Psycho, I think he would be up for a trip to France.
