I was summoned to be the "getaway" driver to my Wife's friend's wedding this evening. Not the best picture, but we had fun!

The groom, whom I hadn't met, is a 69 340 4spd Dart owner, his family owns some Mopars as well. :unitedstates:

Put together a mock-up of my Hurst pistol grip conversion from column shifter to floor shifter. If you look closely you can see the white zip ties holding it on.

Put it on my father-in-law's rack to check how things are going. I'm up to 800 miles on it.

& everything is OK ?

It's got a few bugs to work out overall, but it's in pretty good health. I have a feeling I'll need to get into the diff this winter and replace pinion bearings. It's been talking to me at highway speed engine braking. It figures since the diff is one part I didn't hardly mess with. My exhaust was so loud before, I would have never heard it.

I have a shopping list of things I'd like to do over the next few months, but the goal right now is to just keep racking up miles and identify what needs addressed

Pulled it out to allow my other car out for a show. Took it around the block to at least to say it was driven. Then squeezed it back into its tight quarters.

Just returned from my first show in the TINFISH. It was chosen and filmed to be on ScotttieDtv. They said video will be up in a few days.
Put a little over 600 miles on it without any incident.

Here we are curzin into the Mopar show at the Marina.

Cheers!
