Today i was installing the rear taillights bezel and found out the the driver side bezel is bent up out of shape and doesnt seat flushed. I was just wondering is it repairable or do i need just buy one of those expensive used one??

Im installing my steering column and im just wondering is the coupler parts suppose to be further down on the steering box.

Yes, the valley in front of were your coupler is at now, is were the roll pin belongs.   :alan2cents:

Tap it lightly, use a block of wood and center it better. it looks a little crooked.   :alan2cents:

Did the top come apart on you? They make an attachment that clips into the holes of the roll pin and clamps over the top. I FOUND THE ONE ON MY CAR ON e-bay.

Thanks again. Yes the kit did come with that clip you are talking about.

Put on the drip rail trim and since i wasnt going to pay 45 bucks for the drip rail gasket. I bought some camper gasket from autozone and cut it to length and bam looks just like the original.

@Cuda70-74  Your steering coupler is NOT seated on all the way. no splines should be showing.  :foul: Look at reply # 386, that is were you want to be.  :alan2cents:

Thanks but for some reason it wont go down any further. I even use a piece of wood to hit the coupler further down still wont go down any further than whats in the pic
