Did some more sanding and gravity took it's toll on the steering box and just drop off the  steering column. While sanding the firewall and found a few little holes. Getting to close to priming and painting a front end of the car which needs to happen due parts adding up and taking up space. Another question how do u get the torsion bar I'll do you hit it from the front out or from the back out?

Torsion bar should key right through and pull out the back.  I don't recall having to hit them with anything.  After you have the rider height adjuster screw loose, maybe a slight love tap if it's a bit tight.  When you put them back in do not forget the dust boot and the little clip that goes in the back.

M&H wiring is the best and super easy to install.  It's pretty much plug and play because it's all factory correct.  Year One sells M&H and they are having a 30% off sale right now with the coupon I posted in the deal area.

On the rear of the torsion bar pretty certain there is an internal c-clip. Remove that. Make sure the adjuster on the lower control arm is detensioned to unwind the bar. Then you should be able to work the bar out towards the back. Careful in how you grab the bar to not groove it with a pipe wrench or other device. Grooves=cracks=premature failure. Pretty certain FSM has criteria on grooves in torsion bars and dressing of same with a file.

Gen 3 stuff is over my head.  Might need to ask the guys in the Gen 3 Hemi swap area what they did.  I'm guess the M&H will be of no use to you if you are doing a gen 3 swap.   :sorry:

You've got the back of the t-bar out the back so yes the front hex goes through the back as well. Sometimes I use a drift on the front of the bar to hammer it all the way through.

If youre doing a Hemi swap, you will need more than that, there is a complete new harness for the Hemi, you need to mount the computer inside the car and make a hole in the firewall for the extra harness, some functions will remain in the stock harness so keep that. Do you have an engine? You also need to read up on the swap, its a lot of other mods you need to do before it works. You can use a cable for the throttle. Hotwire Auto sells the harness among others.

Here is my thread of everything you need and how to make the swap - https://forum.e-bodies.org/modern-hemi-swaps/26/392-hemi-swap-2016/67/msg432#msg432

No I don't have a engine yet. Thanks I'll read up on it. Its almost the same efi swap I did in my mustang where the junkyard became my best friend.
