No I don't have a engine yet. Thanks I'll read up on it. Its almost the same efi swap I did in my mustang where the junkyard became my best friend.

There are a lot of 5.7's available, some 6.1's and very few 6.4's.

Well today I was cleaning up the garage since now I have more parts then place to put it. I also installed my passenger side rear wheel well. I still got some spot weld to put down but it's in and everything lines up good. I got a question about my proportional valve. Do they sell a rebuild kit for them or should I just replace it?

I think you can get a new one for a decent price.  I've not had to rebuild any yet so not sure what the options are for that.

Nice job on the brace.  That will stiffen things up a lot.

Do NOT toss that valve.... Feel free to buy a new one, good luck... An awful lot of the repos have issues with the spool or pintle binding due to poor (off shore) machining..... Which means half the brake system gets no pressure....

That style valve is easy to disassemble, clean & reassemble, there are two O rings which can be sourced but honestly I've reused the O rings in most cases with good results.... Just clean it out, soak the main body in Evaporust & make sure everything moves freely...

Today I welded in the passenger side trunk drop which went in with a fight. I'm starting to see the end of the light at the end of the tunnel with the rear end.

Keep up the good work.  Every little bit is a little closer to done.

Alittle update on the cuda. I got the bushing  out in the LCA  what a PITA it was without a press I had to burn them out. Plus the bushing I got from auto zone don't fit. I also did a some patch work on the lower front section of the driver quarter panel.

Control arm bushings without a press I imagine is pretty hard.
